KORMA GRAVY: This recipe comes from the great Moghul Dynasty of India. The Moghuls preferred their food milder in the curry spices such as cumin. Therefore, the Korma gravy is mainly flavored with sweet spiced and cream of cashews and almonds. Served with a cup of Basmati pulao, garnished with cashews and raisins.
